The 3rd International Kite Festival will be held in the coastal city of Vung Tau.
Around 120 artisans from 25 countries will participate in the event. The host nation will have four kite teams representing the North, Central and Southern regions and the Vung Tau province.
MEETUP: At the Hydrofoil port on Ton Duc Thang, HCMC at 10:15am for the 10:30am boat, tickets are 200,000vnd each way.
RETURN: The last return boat is at 4.45pm or later a taxi back to Saigon is 1.2mil so devided by a bunch of people is not too expensive. Even better still, party in Vung Tau for the nite and return the next day :)
